titleOfInvention Polyamide of excellent transparency
abstract PURPOSE: To form a polyamide having excellent transparency, heat resistance and chemical resistance, by using a specified diamine mixture and a specified dicarboxylic acid mixture. n CONSTITUTION: A polyamide formed from a diamine component (A) comprising 10W85mol%, based on the total diamine component, m-xylylenediamine, 15W70mol% bis(p-aminocyclohexyl)methane and 0W50mol% aliphatic diamine and a dicarboxylic acid component (B) comprising 60W100mol%, based on the total dicarboxylic acid component, isophthalic acid and 0W40mol% terephthalic acid. Examples of said aliphatic diamines includes pentamethylenediamine, hexamethylenediamine, heptamethylenediamine and octamethylenediamine. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1988,JPO&Japio
