abstract | PURPOSE: The titled composition, containing specific amounts of fluorine- containing comb-shaped branched resin, water-insoluble cold curing resin powder containing no fluorine and aqueous resin varnish containing no fluorine and capable of giving coating films having improved water, corrosion and weather resistance and high gloss. n CONSTITUTION: A composition containing (A) a fluorine-containing comb-shaped branched resin, (B) a water-insoluble cold curing resin powder containing no fluorine and (C) an aqueous resin varnish containing no fluorine at 0.2:99.8W30:70 weight ratio of the component (A) to the total of the components (B) and (C) and 2:98W98:2 weight ratio of the components (B) to (C). The above-mentioned composition is preferably a thermosetting type composition.
