PURPOSE:The titled cosmetic having improved hair nourishing effects, locally effective, having low side effects and sink irritation, containing 4-androstene-3,17- dione-17-cyclic ethylene ketal and a telangiectatic agent for the skin as active ingredients. CONSTITUTION:Safe 4-androstene-3,17-dione-17-cyclic ethylene ketal having no unfavorable side effects such as hormone action, etc., having both inhibitory action on reductase and inhibitory effects on bonding of 5alpha-dihydrotestosterone (male hormone) and an acceptor protein free from unfavorable side effects such as hormone action, etc., as an active ingredient, is further blended with one or more of telangiectatic agents for the skin such as carpronium chloride, benzyl nicotinate, etc. The amount of the former active ingredient blended is 0.0001-2wt% and the amount of the latter telangiectatic agent for the skin is preferably 0.01-3.0wt%. |
