titleOfInvention Silver halide color photographic sensitive material
abstract PURPOSE: To prevent the reduction in the density of developed cyan color by incorporating at least one kind of specified cyan dye forming coupler into a sensitive material. n CONSTITUTION: At least one kind of cyan dye forming coupler represented by the formula is incorporated into a sensitive material. In the formula, R is ≥6C branched chain alkyl or substituted alkyl, any usual substituent for alkyl may be used as the substituent, X is H or a group releasable by a coupling reaction with the oxidized product of an aromatic primary amine developing agent, and X is preferably H, Cl, an aliphatic or aromatic oxy group having preferably 0W30C atoms. The cyan coupler is used by 0.002W0.5mol per 1mol photosenstive silver halide in a layer into which the coupler is incorporated. Thus, high sensitivity is provided and the density of developed color is hardly reduced even when an exhausted bleaching soln. is used. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
