abstract PURPOSE: Powdered milk or liquid milk, obtained by adding a triglyceride containing γ-linolenic acid thereto and converted into a high-quality product of composition similar to that of mother's milk. n CONSTITUTION: Milk obtained by preferably including a triglyceride containing γ-linolenic acid as a constituent component in α-cyclodextrin and adding the resultant inlusion compound to powered milk or liquid milk.
