titleOfInvention Mixed polyamide resin composition and melt-extrusion molded product of said composition
abstract PURPOSE: To provide the titled composition having improved draw-down resistance in melt extrusion molding without deteriorating the gas-barrier property, transparency, etc., by adding specific amounts of a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and an α-olefin ionomer resin to a polyamide base resin. n CONSTITUTION: A film having a HAZE of ≤5%, O 2 TR of <520 and a temperature-dependency index of tensile strength of <0.5 can be produced by the extrusion molding of a composition obtained by the melt-kneading of (A) 80W60(wt)%, preferably 65W70% polyamide resin (e.g. nylon 6), (B) 10W30%, preferably 15W20% saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having an ethylene content of 28W45mol% and saponification degree of ≥98% and (C) 10W30%, preferably 15W25% α-olefin ionomer resin or a resin composed of (C 1 )≥70% α-olefin ionomer resin and (C 2 ) one or more resins selected from ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer resin and (modified) ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin (the amount of C 2 is ≤8% of the whole resin mixture). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
