titleOfInvention | Thermosetting molding material |
abstract | PURPOSE:To provide the titled material applicable to high-temperature high- speed molding without causing the cracking and the lowering of transparency, and suitable as artificial marble product, etc., by adding a curing agent and aluminum hydroxide to a specific polyester polycondensate, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective material is produced by compounding (A) 100pts. wt. of a resin solution composed of (A1) 25-65(wt%) polyester-type polycondensation product of formula [R' is (meth)acryloyl; n is 0-8; R is polyester residue containing a nucleus-containing unit originated from aromatic polycarboxylic acid, etc., in the main chain, and when n=0, containing ethylenic unsaturated bond in said main chain] wherein the average concentration ratio of the acrylic terminal double bond to the ethylenic unsaturated bond in the main chain is 0.05-5 and the number-average ratio of the double bond in the acryloyl group in the acrylic terminal double bond is >=60%, (A2) 30-70% vinyl monomer and (A3) 2-15% styrene-type monomer, (B) a curing agent and (C) 60-360pts.wt. of aluminum hydroxide. |
