abstract PURPOSE: The titled composition, containing a specific brassinolide based plant hormone and choline salt as active constituents and capable of activating plant hormones, promoting nutrient translocation, embryogenesis, etc., and exhibiting yield increasing effect on cultivated plants. n CONSTITUTION: A yield increasing agent composition containing one or two or more 27C, 28C and 29C brassinolide based plant hormones, e.g. 2α,3α,22R,23R- tetrahydroxy-24S-methyl-B-homo-7-oxo-5α-cholestan-6-one, and one or two or more of choline salts as active constituents and formulated into the dosage form of powder, aqueous solution, etc., in use. The concentration thereof in using as a solution, 0.0001W3ppm, preferably 0.001W1ppm brassinolide based hormones and 5W3,000ppm, preferably 20W2,000ppm choline salts.
