titleOfInvention Separating membrane
abstract PURPOSE: To produce a separating membrane having gas permselectivity more than here to fore and super or durability by reacting polyamine compound carrying a great number of amino radicals and diisocyanate compound containing siloxane shown by the specific formula on the porous substrate. n CONSTITUTION: The porous substrate such as a plane of polysulfone porous membrane and the like is dipped in the ethylene glycol solution and the like in which polyamine compound carrying more than two of amino radicals such as hexamethylene diamine and the like is dissolved, and then is lifted up to extract the liquid. Next, the said porous substrate is dipped in the hexadecene solution and the like in which the diisocyanate compound containing siloxane shown by the formula bis(3-isocyanatophenyl) tetramethyl disiloxane, etc., is dissolved, and the interface reaction is caused to form a permselective membrane in the porous support body. The membrane thus produced can be used as oxygen-enriched membrane and the like for the separation of various kinds of gas. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
