titleOfInvention Monoclonal antibody and determination method using same
abstract NEW MATERIAL:A monoclonal antibody reactive specifically with phospho rylcholine and unreactive with choline. n USE: A reagent for enzymatic immunoassay (ELISA method) for the quantitative determination of phosphorylcholine and useful for the early diagnosis of pulmonary cancer and the observation of the progress after operation. n PREPARATION: For example, a Balb/c mouse is immunized with phosphorylcholine bonded to a protein such as KLH and the spleen cell is collected from the mouse. The cell is fused with mouse myeloma cell using polyethylene glycol, etc., to obtain a hybridoma. The hybridoma is cultured in a HAT medium, cloned by critical dilution method, etc., and the obtained monoclone is cultured to obtain the objective monoclonal antibody. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
