titleOfInvention Colored powder and production thereof
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a colored powder having excellent dispersibility, durability and touch, by etching the surface of a resin powder of form numberless pores on said surface and adding a reducing agent thereto to deposit colloid in said pores. n CONSTITUTION: A resin powder having a nearly constant average particle size (e.g., nylon powder) is immersed in an etching soln. (e.g., hydrochloric acid) to form numberless pores having a pore size of 1W10μm on the surface of the resin powder. The powder is mixed with a reducing agent (e.g., stannous chloride) to deposit colloid in the pores on said surface. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
