abstract PURPOSE: To suppress generation of yellow flames and formation of tar and to decrease noise in an evaporator, by applying a rough film in which two kinds of particles of which ranges of particles diameters are specified are mixed with each other, on the inside wall of an evaporator. n CONSTITUTION: A heat-resistant coating material 5 is baked on the inside wall of an evaporating cylinder 4 which premixed fuel evaporation gas with combustion air and feeds them into a flame cylinder. The heat-resistant coating material 5 contains a metallic oxide of which principal components are manganese dioxide, alumina, zinc oxide, and so forth, and a metallic silicate of which principal components are magnesium silicate, sodium silicate, etc. In the coating material 5, the metallic oxide of which average particle diameters are 1W15×m(6b) and the metallic silicate of which particle diameters are 15 to 200μm(6a) are coexisting, and a silicone resin of which principal components are methyl phenylsilicone, dimethyl silicone, etc. is used as a binder 7. The rough particles 6a and the fine particles 6b are mixedly existing in the heat-resistant coating film 5 on the evaporating cylinder 4, forming gaps 8 between the rough particles 6a. Because the kerosene being fed from a nozzle 10 is quickly evaporated on the coating film 5, yellow flames are not formed in the flames 16 on a flame port 15, and the noise generated at the time of evaporation can be prevented as well. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
