titleOfInvention | Wire connecting device in mold |
abstract | PURPOSE:To enable to stably supply current at elevated temperature and at the same time to stably compensate a temperature sensor for temperature by a method wherein the surface of each terminal is treated with gold plating and, when thermocouple is used for the temperature sensor, thermocouple temperature compensation wires are led just before the joining area of the terminal. CONSTITUTION:All the surfaces of terminals 5-8, which are respectively used for wiring cables connecting between a heater 2and a temperature controlling unit 4 and for thermocouple temperature compensation cables 12a and 12b connecting between a temperature sensor 3 and the temperature controlling unit 4, are treated with gold plating. A plurality of electrical connections are done by one action operation in such a manner that the terminal pairs 5 to 7 and 6 to 8 are automatically and simultaneously brought into contact at the on-position of a mold 1. Because almost all the courses from the temperature controlling unit 4 to the temperature sensor 3 are laid by thermocouple temperature compensation wire, the thermoelectromotive force generated by the thermocouple 4 can be correctly transmitted to the temperature controlling unit 4. Furthermore, because the terminal 5-8 are treated with gold plating, no terminal oxidizes even when the temperature of the mold becomes high. |
