abstract | PURPOSE:An inexpensive molding resin composition excellent in melt moldability and the strength, appearance, etc., of a molding, obtained by adding an ethylene/ vinyl acetate copolymer of a high melt index to a ground product of recovered polyolefin resin moldings. CONSTITUTION:The purpose molding resin composition is prepared by adding 0.5-50pts.wt. ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (B) of a vinyl acetate content of 45-90wt% and a melt index >=0.5g/10min to 100pts.wt. ground product (A) of recovered polyolefin resin moldings (e.g., polyethylene or polypropylene molding). In this way, used polyolefin resin moldings can be effectively reclaimed. By adding component B in a state premixed with a fresh polyolefin resin to component A in mixing component B with component A, melt molding can be performed more smoothly. |
