abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the title compsn. having excellent tensile and bending moduli, bending strength and tensile strength as a metal substituting resin, comprising a compd. whose main chain is an arom. polyamide and which has one or more amino groups at the terminal of the main or side chain. n CONSTITUTION: An arom. diamine (e.g. p-phenylenediamine) obtd. by recrystallizing from its solution in a solvent and NaOH are dissolved in water. Then, an arom. dicarboxylic acid (e.g. p-phthalic anhydride) soln. in an org. solvent is dropped into this soln. to react and to obtain a high-stiffness resin compsn. whose main chain is an arom. polyamide represented by formula I and X 1W5 positions of the terminal, the main or side chain of which comprise a compd. having one or more amino groups represented by formulae IIWVII and MW of 2,000 or less. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio |
