abstract PURPOSE: To prevent a lubricant used for the surface from being transferred to the back face and from being prevented the printing even when printing is given to the rear face while giving excellent surface smoothness, durability, anti-scratch performance and anti-staticity performance by providing an organic hard coat layer having a specific surface hardness at least to one face of a transparent plastic film, depositing a silicon group lubricant component to the surface of the layer and including a quaternary ammonium salt antistatic agent. n CONSTITUTION: The organic hard coat layer having the surface hardness being H in the pencil hardness in accordance with the JIS K-5401 is provided to at least one side of a transparent plastic film, the silicon lubricant component combined chemically with the hard coat component is deposited on the surface of the layer, and the layer is included with the quaternary ammonium salt antistatic agent.
