titleOfInvention Manufacture of polypropylene molded form applied with printing
abstract PURPOSE: To enable formation of a good printing layer, by containing specific components in a polypropylene molded form and an anchor and utilizing a photo-setting offset printing. n CONSTITUTION: An anchor layer is formed with a photo-setting anchoring ink through offset printing onto the surface of a polypropylene mold, then light is irradiated so as to harden the anchor layer, thereafter a pattern, a symbol or a character is applied thereon with a photosetting offset print ink and the light is irradiated onto said ink so as to harden a printing ink layer. The anchor ink is a photo-setting ink containing a blend of polyol acrylate and polyester, while the polypropylene molded form is formed of a molding material resin containing a crystal polypropylene, an ethylene system copolymer and a mono- glyceride system anti-electrostatic agent and the surface of the molded form is applied with activation. Consequently, the contact-tightness of ink onto the surface of the polypropylene molded form can be improved. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
