abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material having a sufficient anti-static property at a low humidity by mounting one layer contg. a high polymer complex having ionic conductivity on a substrate body. CONSTITUTION:At least one layer contg. the high polymer complex having the ionic conductivity is mounted on the substrate. As the high polymer complex has the ionic conductivity, the layer contg. the higher polymer complex has the anti-static property. Said high polymer complex is composed of a polymer and a metal salt. The polymer is exemplified by a polymer contg. a monomer of polyethylene oxide unit, etc., especially, the polymer contg. the polyethylene oxide unit or the polyethylene imine unit. The metal salt is exemplified by an alkali metal salt such as sodium iodide and mercury chloride, etc., and the most preferably, the alkali metal salt such as hydrohalogenic acid.
