titleOfInvention Water-in-oil type emulsion composition
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the title water-in-oil type emulsion composition having excellent preservation stability over a wide temp. range by incorporating the fine powder of an org. polymer having 0.01-1mum mean particle diameter to emulsify the composition. CONSTITUTION:A component consisting of oil, the fine powder of an org. polymer (e.g., polymethyl methacrylate) having 0.01-1mum particle diameter, water, a pigment and a pefume, as required, etc., is emulsified to obtain the water-in-oil emulsion composition. In this case, 0.1-10wt%, preferably 0.5-5wt%, fine org. polymer powder, based on the whole emulsion composition, is mixed. The emulsion composition has excellent preservation stability over a wide temp. range, and is optimally used for a cosmetic such as rouge, cream, lotion or the like as it has high safety to skin.
