titleOfInvention | Color image forming method |
abstract | PURPOSE:To form high color development density in a short time even in the case of a color developing solution containing no benzyl alcohol by developing a photographic sensitive material containing flat silver halide grains, after imagewise exposure, within a prescribed time with a color developing solution containing substantially no benzyl alcohol. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide color photographic sensitive material is provided on a reflective support with an least one silver halide emulsion layer containing the flat grains of silver chlorobromide and/or iodobromide substantially no silver iodide, and each of the grains amounting to >=50% of the projected areas of the total grains has an aspect ratio of >=5, and such flat grains have high color developing performance even in the color developing solution, and it is preferred that the grains each having a grain diameter of 0.3-2.0mum, and an average grain diameter to average grain thickness ratio of 5-8 amount to >=85% of the total projected areas of the total silver halide grains. |
