titleOfInvention Regeneration type stack gas desulfurization method by dry dolumite method
abstract PURPOSE: To inexpensively treat a high-temp. waste gas in a stack gas desulfurization method by a dry dolomite method by treating the recovered fine dust with a specific stage, regenerating the same as a desulfurizing agent, spraying said agent again into a boiler and recovering H 2 S in the waste gas. n CONSTITUTION: The dolomite dispersed in the high temp. waste combustion gas of the boiler 1 is thermally decomposed to react with a sulfur oxide. The reacted desulfurizering agent in the state of contg. the unreacted part is recovered together with fly ashes in the 1st dust collector 4. The collected agent is fractionated to the desulfurizing agent of the fine powder and the fly ashes of the coarse powder by an air classifier 8. On the other hand, a reducing gas is generated in a gasification furnace 13 and is conducted into a reduction furnace 12 where the fine powder is sprayed into the gas, then the CaSO 4 of the used desulfurizing agent is reduced and converted to CaS. The dolomite is thus regenerated. The CaS is conducted to a waste heat boiler 14. Where the CaS is converted to H 2 S. The H 2 S is recovered. The fine powder mainly consisting of the regenerated dolomite is returned via a circulating route 25 to the boiler 1 and is used for desulfurization as the desulfurizing agent. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
