titleOfInvention Remedy for athlete's foot for external use
abstract PURPOSE: To provide the titled agent for external use composed of aspirin and a carrier. n CONSTITUTION: The objective external remedy for athlete's foot is produced by pulverizing aspirin as fine as possible or dissolving aspirin in a solvent such as propylene glycol and combining 5W20g of the active component (based on 100g of ointment or liquid agent) with a carrier. It is administered by rubbing into the diseased part of the skin once or twice a day after washing the part with warm water. When the diseased part has a symptom of purulence, rubor, etc., the agent should be applied after proper treatment of the part. The amount of aspirin used in a dose is 0.05W0.2g. When the diseased part is in hyperplastic state, the remedy can be synergistically accelerated by compounding salicylic acid or benzoic acid to the agent. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
