abstract | PURPOSE: A remedy for damages of central nervous tissues caused acute wounds and circulation disorders in brain and spinal cords that contains E-64c in CAMP inhibitor as an active ingredient. n CONSTITUTION: The objective remedy contains, as an active ingredient, (+)-(2S,3S)-3-[(S)-3-methyl-1-(3-methylbutylcarbamoyl)butyl-carbamoyl]-2-oxyrane-carbox ylic acid (E-4c), which is an inhibitor of CAMP (calcium-depending neutral protease) or its salt or alkyl ester.
