titleOfInvention Fluorine-containing pyrimidinone derivative
abstract NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I [R is ≥2C aliphatic group, aromatic group, -NHR' (R' is H, alkyl, alkenyl or aryl), -OR' or -SR']. n EXAMPLE: 2-Phenyl-4-amino-5-fluoropyrimidin-6-one. n USE: A pharmaceutical. It is expected to have carcinostatic activity and fungicidal property and is useful as a carcinostatic agent and fungicide. n PREPARATION: The objective compound of formula I can be produced by (1) bubbling hexafluoropropene of formula IV in an NH 3 -dioxane solution to form the compound of formula V, (2) subjecting the compound to alcoholysis with an alcoholic KOH solution, (3) reacting the resultant compound of formula II with an alkyl halide of formula RX (R is especially 2W10C aliphatic hydrocarbon group; X is halogen), etc., to form the compound of formula III, (4) neutralizing the amidine hydrochloride in ethanol solvent, (5) adding the compound of formula II or formula III to the reaction mixture and (6) refluxing the mixture under boiling. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
