abstract PURPOSE: To bond integrally a base and a film by coating urethane family coating material on the cavity face of a mold to form a film, providing mat-type fiber reinforcing material, injecting polymer raw material into the cavity and performing a reaction curing. n CONSTITUTION: A releaser is coated on a cavity face 10 of a bottom force 10, over which a urethane coated material 12a of average molecular weight 500W50,000 is coated to form a film 12. A mat-type fiber reinforcing material 14 is temporarily adhered with an adhesive tape or the like on a cavity face 16a of a top force 16. Then, the bottom force 10 and the top force 16 are closed. A polymer raw material consisting of unsaturated monoalcohol, polyisocyanate and catalyst is injected from an injection nozzle 20 into the cavity. The polymer raw material is impregnated into the mat-type fiber reinforcing material 14 to be impregnated all over inside the mold. The polymer material is cured and integrated with the mat-type fiber reinforcement material to form up a base. The base and the film 12 are integrated together. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
