PURPOSE:A release agent, obtained by blending a denatured ethanol and isopropanol with a small amount of solvent naphtha and effective for removing expanded polyurethane leaking from a gap between an inner shell and outer shell in filling the polyurethane in the gap. CONSTITUTION:A release agent obtained by blending (A) a blend of denatured ethanol with (B) isopropanol at 60:30 blending weight ratio with (C) 3-70wt% solvent naphtha. An example of the preferred blending ratio is 60wt% component (A), 35wt% component (B) and 5wt% component (C). EFFECT:The expanded polyurethane can be removed by simple operation, e.g. air pressure, wiping off, etc., without adversely affecting a synthetic resin inner box or coated outer box of a refrigerator, etc., and the use is safe with improved cleaning property. |
