| abstract | PURPOSE: To lower internal stress and to improve electrical characteristics, resistance to moisture and impact, etc., by blending fine particles of a polymer, wherein a coating layer of a polymer having a glass transition temp. not lower than room temp. is formed on the surface of a polymer having a glass transition temp. lower than room temp., with an epoxy resin. n CONSTITUTION: A monomer giving a polymer having a glass transition temp. not lower than room temp. is added to an aq. dispersion of fine particles of a polymer having a glass transition temp. lower than room temp. and polymerized. The polymn. mixture is dried to remove water and the product is mixed with an epoxy resin.
