titleOfInvention Method for processing silver halide color photographic sensitive material
abstract PURPOSE:To remove silver from a color photosensitive material rapidly and stably by adding an amine type ferric acetate complex salt into a bath having bleaching ability after color developing the color photosensitive material. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide color photographic sensitive material is devel oped and then, processed in the bath having bleaching ability which means both of a bleaching bath and a bleach-fixing bath. Said bath contains one kind of the amine type ferric acetate complex salt selected from the first group; complex salts of ferric ethylenediaminetetraacetate, ferric diethy lenetriaminepentaacetate, and ferric cyclohexanediaminetetraacetate, in an amount of 0.05-1mol/l, and a kind selected from the second group; complex salts of ferric 1,2-diamino-2-propanetetraacetate, ferric 1,3-diamino propanetetraacetate, and ferric 1,3-diaminopropanoltetraacetate in an amount of 0.05-0.2mol/l, thus permitting desilverability to be enhanced and environmen tal pollution problems to be eliminated by adding specified ferric complex salts.
