abstract PURPOSE: A structural material having good mechanical and thermal characteristics and extremely improved hot water resistance, comprising polyether sulfone bonded by an adhesive containing a specific epoxy resin, an aminobenzylamine and rubber. n CONSTITUTION: A structural material comprising polyether sulfone bonded by an adhesive containing (A) an epoxy resin consisting of 100W30wt% epoxy resin containing ≥three epoxy groups in one molecule and 0W70wt% epoxy resin containing ≤two epoxy groups, (B) an aminobenzylamine and (C) rubber, as a main component. The blending of the adhesive is carried out in a ratio of 0.8W1.2 hydrogen in the component B to one epoxy group in the component A and the amount of the component C is 12W35pts.wt. based on 100pts.wt. component A.
