abstract | PURPOSE: To provide a deodorizing antioxidant which is harmless, has excellent shelf stability and can retain persistent effect, consisting of specified compds. n CONSTITUTION: At least one compd. (A) selected from the group consisting of 0.01W80pts.wt. hydroxycarboxylic acids (e.g., citric acid) and alkali metal salts, ammonium salts and amine salts thereof and/or 0.02W70pts.wt. 12C or lower (un)saturated fatty acids (e.g., acetic acid) and alkali metal salts, ammonium salts and amine salts thereof, 0W50pts.wt.
