titleOfInvention | Phosphoric acid removing reagent in clinical inspection liquid and hydraulysis of steroid conjugated treated thereby |
abstract | PURPOSE: To elevate the phosphoric acid removing effect in an inspection liquid, by arranging a phosphoric acid removing reagent composed of a first reagent in which MgCl 2 -NH 4 Cl and a second reagent of an ammonia solution. n CONSTITUTION: A phosphoric acid removing reagent in a clinical inspection liquid is composed of the following first and second reagents: 2.4W3.3g of MgCl 2 (5W7g for MgCl 2 .6H 2 O) and 10W13g of NH 4 Cl dissolved in a deioned solution per 50ml thereof and 25W28% of an ammonia solution. 100W300μl of the first reagent and 50W70μl are added to an inspection liquid controlled toward the alkali side from pH6.5 per 1ml thereof and after the agitation thereof, the mixture undergoes centrifugal operation and a conjugated hydrolytic enzyme is acted upon the supernatant. Thus, the use of the reagents produces a high effect of removing phosphoric acid in the inspection liquid while enabling the removal of phosphoric acid in the inspection liquid by a handy processing means. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio |
