abstract | NEW MATERIAL:A 2-arylimino-1,3-dithiolan derivative shown by formula I (R 1 is halogen, nitro, trifluoromethyl, hydroxyl group, mercapto, lower alkoxy or lower alkylthio; R 2 is alkyl). n EXAMPLE: N-(1,3-Dithiolan-2-indene)-2-hydroxy-5-pentylaniline. n USE: Having excellent inhibitory action on blood platelet aggregation, useful as an antithrombotic agent. Further useful as a preventive and remedy for various diseases caused by blood platelet aggregation such as thrombosis, atherosclerosis, etc. n PREPARATION: For example, as shown by the reaction formula, a compound shown by formula II is reacted with methyl(1,3-dithiolan-2-indene)sulfonium iodide shown by the formula III in an organic base such as triethylamine, etc. at 15W40°C to give a compound shown by formula I. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio |
