titleOfInvention The first cold wave solution containing added glutathion
abstract PURPOSE: The titled stable first solution, preservable for a long period and free from strong mercapto-smell during and after perming and prepared by adding glutathion to the first cold wave solution containing ammonium thioglycollate and an alkali agent as main ingredients. n CONSTITUTION: The first cold wave solution containing ammonium thioglycollate and an alkali agent as main ingredients, to which glutathion is added to obtain the aimed cold wave having strong wave-forming ability and to remove mercapto-smell generated from a hair protein keratin reduced with thioglycollic acid by perming. A very small amount of added glutathion such as ≥0.001%, preferably ≥0.005% may exhibit the effect to remove the mercapto-smell. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
