titleOfInvention Flame-retardant epoxy resin composition
abstract PURPOSE: The titled composition which has improved electric characteristics such as insulation resistance, breakdown voltage, dielectric constant, etc., and high flame retardance free from poisonous components, obtained by bending a halogen-containing addition type flame-retardant with an allyl group-containing phosphoric ester. n CONSTITUTION: (A) 100pts.wt. epoxy resin is blended with (B) 10W50pts.wt. halogen-containing addition type flame-retardant and (C) 5W40pts.wt. allyl group- containing phosphoric ester. Or, the blend is further mixed with (D) 100W230pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide as both a filler and a flame-retardant. Hexabromobenzene, decabromodiphenyl ether or tetrabromobisphenol A is used as the component B. Cresyl phenyl phosphate, xylenyl diphenyl phosphate, etc., is used as the component C. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
