PREPARATION:For example, the condensation reaction between an acid anhydride of a compound of formula V and glycero-3-phosphocholine is carried out at (2-10):1 molar ratio of the anhydride to the choline in a solvent in the presence of a reaction accelerator such as N,N-dimethylaminopyridine at 0-30 deg.C for 6-48hr, where both R1 and R2 are formula II.
