titleOfInvention | Apparatus for generating carbon dioxide gas |
abstract | PURPOSE: To produce carbon dioxide gas for the promotion of photosynthesis of plant in agriculture and useful for increasing the yield of plant, by decomposing an organic material with micro-organism to generate carbon dioxide gas and adsorbing ammonia in the carbon dioxide gas with zeolite. n CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide gas generation tank 1 has an inlet 16 of organic material at its top and a delivery conveyor 6 at its bottom for taking out compost produced from the organic material. Air supplied by a feed blower 7 is ejected through a nozzle 17 into the generation tank 1. Since generated carbon dioxide gas has high specific gravity, it is stagnated at the lower part of the generation tank 1. The stagnant gas composed mainly of carbon dioxide gas is sucked by a suction blower 8 through a suction port 5 and introduced into a cylinder 9 filled with a zeolite to effect the adsorption of ammonia. The carbon dioxide gas obtained from a delivery port 12 is introduced into a culture site (e.g. vinyl house) of agricultural crops. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio |
