titleOfInvention | Transfer decorating sheet |
abstract | PURPOSE:To obtain a transfer layer having excellent resistance to contamination, marring, chemicals and solvents, by constituting a releasable layer of a hardened layer of a composition comprising a mixture of a hardenable compound having at least two acryloyl or methacryloyl groups in its molecule with a transparent filler having surfaces treated with a specified alkoxysilane. CONSTITUTION:A compound having at least two acryloyl or methacryloyl groups in its molecule, which is a constituent (A) of a releasable layer of a transfer decorating sheet, may be a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate, e.g., ethylene glycol diacrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate or polyethylene glycol diacrylate. An alkoxysilane having a radical-polymerizable unsaturated bond in its molecule (silane coupling agent), which is used for treating a transparent filler, may be gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, gamma-methacryloxypropylmethyldimethoxi silane or the like. After the releasable layer is provided on a base sheet, a pattern layer and an adhesive layer are provided thereon, and the releasable layer is hardened. |
