titleOfInvention Manufacturing of fluorine resin covered roller
abstract PURPOSE:To improve quality, by carrying out the elimination of static electricity when powder is adhered, and improving adhesion with fluoro-rubber. CONSTITUTION:A fluorine resin powder fluidized bed is formed in a receptacle including fluorine resin powder on an elastic layer surface, and the negative electric charge of about 10-80KV is applied to the fluorine resin powder. And a static eliminator is installed, and the fluorine contained resin of about -500nV is electrostatic-powder-coated by a gun. Thus, when the fluorine resin is coated, fused and burned, the drop down of the fluorine resin can be prevented, so that the adhesion between an elastic layer and a skin layer is improved, and its quality is stabled.
