titleOfInvention | Integral molding of sheet |
abstract | PURPOSE:To prevent a sheet cover from moving in a jigjag direction and consequently molding failure from developing by a method wherein magnetic bodies are provided at portions, to each of which the beading part of a sheet cover is set, of a mold and at the same time magnetic bodies are provided at the beading parts of the sheet cover in order to set to the mold. CONSTITUTION:Each beading Wc is formed by sewing a core material Mc, around which urethane sheet Y coated with iron powder is wound so as to be wound its surface with a skin material Md, into a sheet cover Wa. Under the state that an top force 3 is open to a bottom force 2, the sheet cover Wa is set to a molding surface 2a by inserting the beading Wc in the receiving grooves 4 of the bottom force 2 in order to clamp the top force 3 and the bottom force 2 together. An expandable urethane resin is charged inside the sheet cover Wa and expanded. In that case, the beading Wc does not come out of the receiving groove 4, because of being strongly attracted by a permanent magnet 5. Consequently, no positional shifting of the beading Wc of the sheet cover Wa occurs during molding and the molding failure after molding such as the generation of wrinkles, separation and the like near the beadings Wc is prevented from occurring. |
