titleOfInvention Production of feed for cultured fish
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a feed for fish raising readily digestible and absorbable without bad smell, by fermenting a mixed raw material consisting of an animal and vegetable raw materials, charging the fermented raw material into a hermetically sealed vessel, dehydrating the raw material while heating in an oil in a reduced pressure state and further deoiling the dehydrated raw material. n CONSTITUTION: An animal raw material consisting of fish leftovers, etc., is mixed with a vegetable raw material, e.g. bean-curd refuse, etc., to form a mixed raw material, which is then fermented with KOJI mold, etc. The mixed raw material after fermentation is then charged into an animal or vegetable oil preheated to about ≥60°C in a hermetically sealed vessel and the temperature of the animal or vegetable oil is further increased in a reduced pressure state to dehydrate water in the above-mentioned raw material. The resultant dehydrated raw material is then deoiled with pressing rolls, centrifugal separator, etc., and, as necessary, pelletized with a molding machine to afford the aimed feed. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
