titleOfInvention Snore-suppressing inhalant to prevent constriction of limen nasi
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the titled liquid inhalant having a specific pH, effective in preventing snore caused by the respiratory disorder in sleeping and also in prolonging the period of quiet natural sleep, by dissolving an extract composed of a specific rutin substance in a physiological saline water containing L-trytophan. CONSTITUTION:The objective liquid inhalant having 4-5 pH and effective in preventing snore can be produced by dissolving (A) 12.5g+ or -15% of an extract composed of various kinds of alkaloid- and flavonoid-rutin substances existing in natural MAOSO (Ephedrae herba) and (B) an extract of alkaloid substance and rutin extracted from the flower and flower bud of SHIN-I (Magnolia salicifolia) at an amount of <=2.0wt% of the component A in (C) 100cc of physiological saline water containing L-tryptophan of formula which is an essential amino acid indispensable to the maintenance of biorhythm of person. The inhalant is directly sprayed with a small-sized sprayer to the mucosa of snore-causing part. EFFECT:Quiet sleep can be attained by the effect to suppress snore in slumbering state.
