titleOfInvention | Dispersant for coal-water slurry |
abstract | PURPOSE: To provide the titled dispersant having an excellent viscosity decreasing effect and storage stability, which comprises, as an active ingredient, a reaction product obtd. by reacting a particular modified ligninsulfonate with naphthalenesulfonic acid and formaldehyde under acidic conditions. n CONSTITUTION: Sulfite cellulose pump waste liquid (a) is mixed with NaOH (b) in an amt. of 5W20% based on the solid content of the component a. The mixture is kept at 150W200°C for 1W2hr while air or oxygen is blown into the mixture, thereby conducting high-temp. alkali air oxidation or oxygen oxidation treatment. H 2 O 2 (c) in an amt. of 0.5W5% based on the solid content of the component a is gradually added to the treated mixture, followed by oxidation treatment at 60W90°C, thereby obtaining a modified ligninsulfonate (A). Sulfuric acid and water are added to 100pts.wt. (hereinafter referred to as 'pts.') naphthalenesulfonic acid to allow it to acidify. The acidified component B is heated at 80W95°C and mixed with 20W25pts. formaldehyde and then with 20W100pts. component C and 5W50pts. component A. The mixture is allowed to react at 90W120°C for 5W20hr. The reaction product is used as an active ingredient and neutralized to obtain the titled dispersant. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio |
