abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compsn. having excellent physical properties, particularly resistance to pinhole propagation, by blending an ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer with EVA, an ethylene/ethyl acrylate copolymer and polybutene. CONSTITUTION:A polyolefin compsn. consists of 30-70pts.wt. ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer (a) having a density of 0.86-0.94g/cm<3>, 30-70pts.wt. ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (b), 3-15pts.wt. ethylene/ethyl acrylate copolymer (c) and 0.5-10pts.wt. polybutene (d). A polybutene (c) having an MW of 500-2,000 is used. When the MW is less than 500, it is hard to handle, while when the MW exceeds 2,000, it is too tacky. When the compsn. is used as a stretched film, a bulky material can be tightly packaged without breaking the film, even when its draw ratio is increased to 200%.
