titleOfInvention Manufacture of resin molded article
abstract PURPOSE: To enable formation of a circuit on an uneven surface of a resin molded article simultaneously with molding, by making use of magnetic substance by forming a circuit pattern based on magnetism on the surface of a cavity of a mold obtained by combining a magnetic material and non-magnetic material with each other. n CONSTITUTION: A male and female molds 2, 3 of a mold 1 are constituted of magnetic materials 2 1 , 3 1 and non-magnetic materials 2 2 , 3 2 . then a circuit pattern constituent part 4 for which the magnetic material of high permeability and high saturated magnetic flux density is used is formed on the surface of a cavity of the male mold 2 on a movable side. Magnetic substance 7 is stuck to one face of a thin plate like an acrylic plate through electrostatic force, which is held on a parting line by situating the same on the movable side. When the mold 1 is positioned underneath magnetic flux, the magnetic substance 7 is moved to the surface of the cavity on a male side in the air through magnetism and adheres to the circuit pattern constituent part 4 1 . Injection molding is performed by casting molten resin through a sprue 6 after mold clamp. When the mold is broken by cooling the same, simultaneously with molding a pattern of the magnetic substance 7 is transferred on the surface. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
