titleOfInvention | Bonding between casting resin and metal fitting |
abstract | PURPOSE: To contrive to improve adhesion and workability by a method wherein a metal fitting, on the surface to be bonded with casting resin of which an ultraviolet-cured resin layer is formed, is placed in a predetermined mold and after that liquid resin composition is poured in the mold and finally the mold is heated. n CONSTITUTION: First ultraviolet-curing resin solution is applied on a surface of a metal fitting, to which casting resin is to be adhered. Secondly, this part is inadiated with ultraviolet rays to form an ultraviolet-cured resin layer. Thirdly, said metal fitting is placed in a predetermined mold. Fourthly, liquid resin composition is poured in the mold. Finally, the mold is heated. Liquid resin such as polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, polyvinyl chloride or the like is used as the casting resin. A monomer or oligomer type of acrylic resin, epoxy acrylate resin, urethane acrylate resin, polyester acrylate resin, epoxy urethane resin, ionic polymerization epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, polyester resin or the like is used as the ultraviolet-curing resin. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio |
