abstract PURPOSE:To obtain an interior part whose quality is favorable without deforming a hollow member under pressure applicable at the time of foaming of resin performing monolithic molding with foaming resin, by setting up a sealed hollow member or a hollow member whose inside is filled with a pressurizing fluid within a molding tool. CONSTITUTION:A hollow member 3 is set up between a top force 1 and bottom force 2. The hollow member 3 not having an opening part is used as an air conditioning duct and radio case. Then a cavity 5 is formed by joining the top and bottom forces 1, 2 to each other, the inside of the cavity 5 is filled with a foaming material and a resin foam 6 is molded unitarily on the circumference of the hollow member 3 by heating and foaming the foaming material. As resin with which the inside of the cavity 5 is filled, any one is available without limiting to a soft or hard one such as polypropylene, polyurethane or styrol. When monolithic molding has been performed, a molded article is taken out of the top and bottom forces 1, 2 and an opening is formed on a necessary part of the hollow member 3.
