titleOfInvention Electrically conductive film and production thereof
abstract PURPOSE: A strainless film, obtained by incorporating an electrically conductive material in a polymer soluble in organic solvents and molding the resultant mixture to give the electrically conductive material in a disordered state, capable of exhibiting improved electrical, mechanical and optical properties and having a uniform beautiful surface. n CONSTITUTION: A film obtained by adding (B) an electrically conductive material to (A) a polymer soluble in organic solvents. Pollyusulfone, polycarbonate and cellulose acetate having 50W62% average acetyl content are used as the compo nent (A), and chlorine based organic solvents, dichloromethane, etc., are used as the organic solvents. A fibrous material having 1:≥40 ratio of the diameter: length, ultrafine fibers plated with a metal and fibers of ≤ denier fiber fineness plated with a metal are used as the component (B). A stock dispersion prepared by dispersing the components (A) and (B) in an organic solvent is formed into the film by the casting method. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
