abstract |
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled yarn having improved mechanical properties and alkali resistance, by adding a specific amount of a sulfonic acid metallic salt to a polyester wherein a specific amount of one end-hindered polyoxyalkylene is copolymerized at the ends of main chain. n CONSTITUTION: A polyoxyalkylne glycol shown by formula R 1 O(R 2 O)nH (R 1 is hydrocarbon; R 2 is alkylene; n is positive integer showing polymerization degree) containing one hindered end is copolymerized at least one part of polyester. The polyester containing 0.01W4.0mol% hindered end based on the bifunctional carboxylic acid component constituting the polyester and 0.01W2.0wt% sulfonic acid metallic salt unreactive with the polyester is subjected to melt spinning. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio |
