abstract | PURPOSE: To stabilize acetate kinase, by adding a low-molecular thiol compound to acetate kinase. n CONSTITUTION: A low-molecular thiol compound (N-acetyl-cysteine, cysteine gluthathione, dithiothritol, dithioerythreitol, mercaptoethanol, etc.,), an SH- containing compound, is added to acetate kinase. pH is usually 6W10 and the concentration of the low-molecular thiol compound is ≥1mM°C, preferably ≥10mM°C.
