titleOfInvention Aqueous dispersion stabilizer for fine powder
abstract PURPOSE: To avoid the formation of a hard cake during long-term preservation, by preparing an aqueous dispersion stabilizer containing a salt of a graft copolymer of a formaldehyde condensate of naphthalenesulfonic acid, acrylic acid, etc. as a useful component. n CONSTITUTION: A formaldehyde condensate of naphthalenesulfonic acid which may contain an alkyl substituent is reacted with acrylic acid, methacrylic acid or a mixture thereof in the presence of a polymerization initiator to form a salt of a graft polymer which is, in turn, used as a useful component to prepare an aqueous dispersion stabilizer for a fine powder. The amount of the formaldehyde condensate of naphthalenesulfonic acid is pref. 0.1W50pts.wt. of 1pt. of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid or the mixture thereof. As the polymerization initiator, peroxide is pref. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1987,JPO&Japio
